1900 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 1900 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any part of the platform. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the 1900 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the operator of the 1900 platform. This platform is for personal, non-commercial use only. Any use of the platform for purposes that contravene Malaysian law or these terms is strictly prohibited.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this platform. 1900 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend accounts suspected of belonging to underage users until full verification is received.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of services on the 1900 platform, you are required to register a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. It is your responsibility to keep your account details current whenever any changes occur.
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts under the same user is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
Your account password is confidential and must not be shared with any party. 1900 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and notify our support team.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions
Users of the 1900 platform are required to use all services in a responsible, lawful manner consistent with these terms. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to exploit or manipulate the platform's systems.
- Engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of gameplay, including colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
- Spreading false information, harmful content, or any material that could damage other users or the platform's reputation.
1900 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment, Deposit & MYR Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 1900 platform — including deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users.
The platform accepts local payment methods including FPX (online banking) and approved e-wallets. You are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are legitimate and not derived from any unlawful activity.
All deposits credited to your account are final. If you notice any discrepancies or errors in your transaction records, please report them to customer support within 7 days of the transaction date.
Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account that has been registered and verified in the user profile. 1900 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for identity verification purposes or to investigate unusual activity, in accordance with established procedures.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
The 1900 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. The platform does not guarantee that services will be available without interruption at all times, or that the system will be entirely free from technical errors.
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 1900 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, temporary technical disruptions, or unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
The maximum liability of 1900 under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the liability claim.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
1900 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, system manipulation, or unlawful use. In cases of legitimate account closure (no breach), any eligible balance will be returned to the user in accordance with established withdrawal procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1900 platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of the platform operator or its respective licensors. Copying, redistributing, modifying, or exploiting any part of the platform's content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links and Services
The 1900 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services. The platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Access to external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
1900 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version.
Continued use of the 1900 platform following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia currently in force. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels or, where necessary, through the appropriate Malaysian court jurisdiction.
